Privacy at Prudentist
A short, plain-language privacy note.

What we collect
If you complete the survey or join early access, we collect the information you choose to submit, such as your name, contact details, education, goals, and current challenges.
Why we collect it
We use your responses to understand demand, decide which educational programs to build first, and contact you about relevant Prudentist pilots or updates. We do not sell your personal information.
Traffic measurement
We may use Google Analytics 4 to count visits and understand which pathways interest people. Google Analytics derives approximate location from a visitor’s network connection. We do not send raw IP addresses, form answers, names, email addresses, or WhatsApp numbers to analytics.
Optional approximate location lookup
The site includes an optional, disabled-by-default coarse location feature. If enabled in the site configuration, the browser requests approximate city, region, and country from ipapi.co. The site discards the returned IP field and sends only coarse location as an analytics event. Enabling it means the visitor’s network address is necessarily visible to that provider, so it should remain disabled unless the privacy notice and consent approach have been reviewed.
Storage and access
Survey and early-access responses are stored in Google Forms and its linked Google Sheet. The website uses a small Google Apps Script bridge to send a completed Prudentist form to those private Google Forms. Access should be limited to the Prudentist team members who need the information to evaluate and operate the program. Google’s own terms and privacy practices also apply.
Your choices
You can ask us to correct or delete a response, or ask not to receive further contact. Email hello@prudentist.in. Avoid submitting patient information or clinical records through these forms.
Changes
If our data practices materially change, we will update this page and its effective date before applying the change to new submissions.
